My Sister’s Closet, which parallels a retail boutique, provides new and gently used clothing for the homeless and those less fortunate family members. Our ministry goals are to operate at the highest level of service and achieve broad ministry outreach. This will be accomplished by implementing quality measures, such as proficiency matrix and client feedback, to assure that satisfaction is guaranteed. The most unique and marketable benefit of our services is that it will be extended at no cost to the public. Services will be supported and or underwritten by grants received by the government. Our overall objective is to offer no cost services to underrepresented areas to meet the demands as well as open up more job opportunities to reduce the level of unemployment.
